Circles in Motion is my latest birch panel. It is painted with acrylic and carved by hand. Copper foil completes this piece.
I am enthralled by circles. For a short time, I tried to do squares or triangles, but I always come back to circles. I enjoy the movement that I achieved in this piece. It was a piece that sat on my table easel for a couple of years; some days it was one color, the next day another. In the end these colors worked for me, and the copper foil finished Circles in Motion at last.
